Marketing Operations & Content Manager

About the role

Symbiotic is building the infrastructure for on‑chain collateral markets and needs a Marketing Operations & Content Manager to drive its dual‑audience strategy. You will be the operational hub for crypto‑native and traditional institutional marketing, ensuring campaigns launch on time, content is on‑brand, and new channels such as podcasts and newsletters are built from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day marketing operations, managing calendars, pipelines and follow‑through to prevent delays.
• Create and execute content ideas, producing simple pieces yourself and coordinating the team for larger projects.
• Run ecosystem and co‑marketing coordination with partners across Telegram and other channels.
• Act as quality assurance for all marketing output, keeping everything on‑brand and on schedule.
• Coordinate occasional international events, handling logistics and on‑site execution when needed.
• Help launch new initiatives such as podcasts, newsletters and other emerging channels as the function expands.

Required profile

• Organised, high‑energy and proactive, able to generate momentum without waiting for direction.
• Experience in crypto or a strong ability to quickly learn on‑chain products and speak to both crypto‑native and TradFi audiences.
• Sharp eye for brand consistency and quality.
• Hands‑on experience running marketing operations, campaigns and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven track record coordinating events, preferably at an international level.
• Comfortable juggling multiple partner conversations and internal stakeholders.
• Nice‑to‑have: ability to spot emerging crypto trends, active participation in crypto communities, and understanding of on‑chain or traditional financial products such as credit, insurance or lending.
