Marketing Operations Intern – HubSpot & Salesforce

About the role

Industrial Scientific is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to support the organization, structure, and quality of marketing and sales data across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you will work hands‑on with HubSpot and Salesforce to keep campaign and lead data clean, reliable, and aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize data in HubSpot, including lists, contacts, and campaign assets.
• Support campaign setup from an operational perspective (uploading lists, structuring data, basic checks).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing activities.
• Review and qualify inbound leads in Salesforce.
• Clean and update Salesforce records, removing duplicates and fixing missing fields.
• Assist with lead routing, campaign tracking, and alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Initial hands‑on experience with HubSpot (internship, coursework, or projects).
• Familiarity with Salesforce and comfortable navigating and updating records.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Interest in marketing operations, CRM systems, and data quality.
• Ability to execute tasks independently once briefed.
• Nice to have: exposure to B2B marketing environments and basic lead‑management knowledge; French language skills are a plus.
