Marketing Research Manager

About the role

The Marketing Research Manager will lead Astra Tech’s end‑to‑end customer insights and Voice of Customer (VoC) program in Dubai. You will transform customer feedback into actionable business insights that drive strategic and operational decisions across product, marketing, growth and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business questions into research objectives and select appropriate quantitative, qualitative or hybrid methodologies.
• Design surveys, questionnaires, discussion guides and feedback mechanisms across key touchpoints.
• Develop and implement customer satisfaction, experience and VoC measurement frameworks.
• Consolidate feedback from multiple channels into a unified insights programme.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data, perform cross‑tabulation and segmentation to uncover trends.
• Create dashboards, reports and executive summaries that highlight root causes, opportunities and business implications.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in Marketing, Product, CX, Operations and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing research, customer insights or customer experience, preferably in a research agency or in‑house function.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end research projects and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of research design, survey creation, discussion guide drafting and quantitative/qualitative analysis.

Required skills

• Survey platforms: Qualtrics, QuestionPro, SurveyMonkey.
• Data visualization: Power BI (or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel for data analysis and cross‑tabulation.
