Marketing & Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

TradesApp, a dynamic trading and distribution company in Dubai, is looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive. You will be responsible for shaping marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and expanding the client base across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market analysis to spot industry trends, competitor activities, and growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in trading or distribution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
