Marketing & Social Media Coordinator – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to boost digital engagement and enhance brand visibility for our real‑estate projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with design, sales and property teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and coordinate with design and sales teams.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube and other platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging visual and written content.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers and graphic designers to produce high‑quality assets.
• Write captions, blog posts, newsletters and promotional copy.
• Run digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimise for lead generation.
• Support events, open houses, property launches and exhibitions with on‑site branding.
• Track KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate or property development.
• Proven ability to manage social‑media platforms and digital advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
