Marketplace Executive – E‑commerce Operations

About the role

The Marketplace Executive will drive the growth and performance of Al Boom Marine’s brand across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Namshi and Trendyol. You will manage end‑to‑end marketplace operations, ensuring product listings are accurate, orders are fulfilled on time, and sales targets are met through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day marketplace operations, maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, images and attributes.
• Coordinate product launches and updates with internal teams to meet marketplace timelines.
• Track daily orders, fulfilment status, cancellations and returns, working closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, stock availability and returns; prepare regular KPI reports.
• Support pricing, promotions and campaign execution in line with buying, planning and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with planning and supply‑chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels on each marketplace.
• Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace partners, handling escalations and compliance issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce, Retail Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce or marketplace operations within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace metrics and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
