Marketplace Retail Coordinator

About the role

The Marketplace Retail Coordinator supports PepsiCo’s sales objectives by managing store visits, ensuring product availability, and driving sales performance across assigned retail locations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores according to the agreed route plan and build effective relationships with store teams.
• Achieve sales targets by securing orders, identifying opportunities, and following up on gaps.
• Monitor stock levels, recommend orders, and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Ensure listed products, new launches, and promotional items are available and properly displayed.
• Execute promotions, pricing, planograms, and merchandising standards, working with merchandisers where applicable.
• Manage GRVs, identify returns, coordinate collection, and track cases to closure.
• Monitor near‑expiry stock, escalate risks early, and resolve routine store‑level issues.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, stock, GRVs, and competitor activity, providing timely performance updates.

Required profile

• Previous field sales or preselling experience in FMCG and Modern Trade.
• Basic selling and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with store personnel.
• Understanding of store execution, stock rotation, promotions, and product availability.
• Ability to plan store visits, follow up on challenges, and work toward sales targets.
• Comfortable using sales applications and basic reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Urdu) are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
