About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Mathematics Teacher for the Middle and Senior School at Mamoura British Academy. The role starts in the 2026‑2027 academic year and involves delivering the British curriculum to students from Year 6 to Year 13.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support academic outcomes.
• Act as a form tutor, providing pastoral care and fostering positive relationships.
• Organise classroom resources, create displays, and maintain an inspiring learning environment.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the full ability range.
• Motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative teaching methods.
• Observe, assess, and record student progress in line with school assessment policy.
• Reflect on teaching practice and adjust planning and curriculum as needed.

Required profile

• Commitment to the school’s core values and an appreciation of regional cultural values.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Experience of at least 24 months teaching Mathematics within the British curriculum.
