About the role

Sunmarke School Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join its thriving community. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction to Key Stage 3, GCSE and A‑Level students while fostering a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess mathematics lessons for KS3, GCSE and A‑Level cohorts.
• Utilise educational technology and apps to enrich classroom experiences.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
• Contribute to the extra‑curricular activities programme and wider campus life.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and pastoral care.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a minimum of a B.Ed or a BA plus PGCE and QTS.
• Demonstrated experience teaching mathematics at secondary level.
• Strong academic background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inspiring every pupil and promoting inclusive learning.
• Interest in middle‑leadership roles (pastoral or curriculum) is welcomed.
• Newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are encouraged to apply.
