Mechanical Engineer

About the role

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC, a member of the Juman Energy Group, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support its Oil & Gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on offshore platform construction, brownfield modifications and the delivery of complex multi‑discipline projects for ADNOC and Tier‑1 contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead offshore platform construction and live facility modification works.
• Execute SIMOPS and shutdown activities while ensuring safety and schedule compliance.
• Manage multi‑discipline construction teams and coordinate stakeholder interfaces.
• Oversee construction planning, progress tracking and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with mandatory offshore construction exposure.
• Proven track record on ADNOC offshore brownfield projects.
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Deep understanding of offshore construction methodologies and ADNOC HSE standards.
