Mechanical Inspector - Construction Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our construction supervision team in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that mechanical systems are installed and tested in full compliance with UAE regulations and international standards, supporting the delivery of high‑quality infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and related structural components.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, analyze findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise mechanical contractors and installation teams to guarantee work quality and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Verify system functionality through testing and commissioning procedures, documenting results and certifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve mechanical issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, test results, and compliance documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Identify safety hazards and non‑conformances, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior inspectors and site personnel.

Required profile

• Professional experience in mechanical inspections within construction projects.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to manage contractor performance.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and international mechanical standards.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
