Mechanical Inspector – On‑site Construction & Industrial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our site supervision team in Dubai. You will carry out comprehensive mechanical inspections on construction and industrial sites across the UAE, ensuring that all equipment, systems and installations meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections of mechanical installations, including piping, HVAC systems and industrial machinery.
• Identify, document and report defects, non‑conformities and potential issues.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to resolve identified issues.
• Verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively and within agreed timelines.
• Stay current with industry standards, regulations and best practices in mechanical inspection.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in mechanical inspection or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex mechanical systems.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently on multiple sites and manage priorities.
