Mechanical Site Engineer – UAE Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical works on construction sites across the UAE. The role involves managing HVAC and plumbing installations from planning through commissioning, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical works on construction sites and coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, architects, and other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor site progress, ensure schedule adherence, and conduct inspections to resolve technical issues.
• Validate material submittals and guarantee use of approved materials.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in project meetings.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards throughout execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience with hands‑on HVAC and plumbing work.
• Strong background in residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
