Media Manager

About the role

Spark Foundry is seeking a Media Manager to translate the agency’s overarching media strategy into actionable, category‑specific plans. You will lead the execution of offline and digital non‑biddable campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category‑specific media plans across offline and digital non‑biddable channels.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day planning with internal teams and external partners, tracking performance and ensuring precise delivery.
• Support reporting and insight generation to align campaigns with client goals and the broader media vision.
• Engage with vendors and oversee competitive analysis, translating competitor activity into strategic insights.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager and Performance Manager on integrated campaigns to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• At least 1 year in a similar media role or 2 years as a Senior Media Executive.
• Strong understanding of the local and regional media landscape, especially in the UAE automotive sector (preferred).
• Experience with international advertisers and a data‑driven, analytical mindset.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and media platforms.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Statex (online and offline) platforms.
• Familiarity with SimilarWeb, XPlan, ZPlan, and GWI (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
