About the role
We are looking for a Member Experience Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations at Wellfit Masaar in Sharjah. The role focuses on delivering seamless, engaging, and memorable journeys for every member.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Member Experience team.
- Oversee front‑of‑house operations to ensure premium service standards.
- Drive service excellence, member satisfaction and retention.
- Create a welcoming environment that reflects the Wellfit brand.
Required profile
- People‑focused leader with a passion for exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven experience managing front‑of‑house or member‑service operations.
- Ability to build strong community relationships.
