About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Membership Consultant to join our Fitness First club in Dubai. The role focuses on driving new membership sales and delivering exceptional service to both prospective and existing members.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through a hands‑on service approach.
- Present clear and thorough membership options to potential new members.
- Provide excellent customer service to all club members and non‑members.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly new membership sales while understanding the eight stages of a sale and company sales ratios.
