Membership Manager – Private Club

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Membership Manager to expand and nurture its exclusive membership community. You will be responsible for delivering a premium experience that drives acquisition, retention and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute membership acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.
• Manage the full member lifecycle—from onboarding and renewals to ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate exclusive events, activities and experiences for members.
• Maintain accurate membership records, reports and performance data.
• Collaborate with operations, equestrian, hospitality and marketing teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Handle member enquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Track membership revenue, targets, renewals and growth opportunities.
• Identify new membership opportunities through market research and networking.
• Create personalised communication plans and develop benefits, privileges and loyalty initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and support annual budget forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in membership or client relationship management, preferably within hospitality or private clubs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with VIP clients and partners.
• Professional, discreet and service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
