MEP BIM Modeler – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

Join CNS Engineering Service, part of Ghobash Group, to develop detailed MEP and HVAC BIM models for complex construction projects in Dubai. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate, clash‑free designs.

Key responsibilities

• Create BIM models (MEP & HVAC) up to LOD 450 and perform clash detection for coordination.
• Prepare MEP building services layouts and coordinate design drawings with engineers.
• Check drawings for discrepancies, provide spot/detail/shop drawings, and coordinate MEP drawings with architectural models.
• Create architectural and structural 3D models from 2D drawings, generate render views and walkthrough videos.
• Use engineering sizing tools for pipes, ducts, cables, conduct site visits for as‑built measurements, and extract BOQs & schedules for all MEP components.

Required profile

• Diploma in an engineering field (mechanical preferred).
• Strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Fair knowledge of MEP & HVAC system components and their applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Plant 3D.
• Experience using Navisworks for clash detection.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
