MEP BIM Modeler (Revit) – Swimming Pool

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading Dubai‑based developer, is expanding its onsite supervision team. As an MEP BIM Modeler (Revit) – Swimming Pool, you will create, coordinate and maintain detailed BIM models for swimming‑pool MEP systems throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed swimming‑pool MEP BIM models in Revit from LOD 350 to LOD 500, covering mechanical, plumbing, drainage and electrical systems.
• Model circulation and filtration components such as pumps, filters, heat exchangers, dosing and chlorination equipment.
• Produce accurate pipework models for circulation, overflow, drainage, backwash, make‑up water and chemical dosing.
• Coordinate plant‑room layouts, including equipment clearances, supports and maintenance access.
• Model specialist pool fittings – main drains, inlet nozzles, skimmers, vacuum points and level controls.
• Integrate and coordinate electrical systems, including panels, control cabinets, isolators, conduit and cable trays.
• Perform clash detection, issue resolution and generate shop drawings in line with BIM standards and ISO 19650.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in MEP BIM modeling for swimming‑pool projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency with Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of pool plant rooms, equipment routing and electrical interfaces.
• Experience with BEP, CDE procedures and BIM 360/Autodesk Docs.
