MEP Estimator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to lead cost planning for large‑scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent aligns with cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of pre‑contract cost estimates, cost plans and benchmarking for major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and pre‑tender estimates using CESSM and industry standards.
• Support procurement strategy development, including package design, tendering and contract formation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and project teams to maintain cost alignment.
• Prepare and review tender documentation, pricing schedules and contract conditions.
• Conduct market analysis and engage with the supply chain to inform cost data.
• Assist in risk assessment, value engineering, cost control and commercial meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of quantity surveying and cost estimating experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the Middle East.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong technical writing skills in English and proven communication abilities.
• Experience on infrastructure and civil engineering projects, preferably with major international events.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
