MEP Inspector

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a qualified MEP Inspector to join its Dubai team on a temporary basis. The role involves on‑site supervision and technical support for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering aspects of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design coordination and implementation of MEP systems for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, regulations and project specifications.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents submitted by contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify adherence to approved drawings and schedules, and enforce safety standards.
• Inspect and test MEP installations at various construction stages to confirm quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing on‑site supervision and technical support for MEP works.
• Strong knowledge of applicable local codes, standards and contract specifications.
• Ability to read, evaluate and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
