MEP Multi Technician – Maintenance

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for a versatile MEP Multi Technician to join its Maintenance department in Dubai. You will be responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of rental properties and offices through a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air‑conditioner repairs and replacements across managed properties.
• Complete basic maintenance work orders, report time, parts used and next steps, and maintain clean, organized tools and vehicles.
• Prepare properties for occupancy, conduct inspections and produce reports as required.
• Respond to emergencies outside regular hours to provide temporary solutions such as water‑leakage containment.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role with knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or within a team.
• Conversational English (speaking, reading, writing) and strong attention to detail.
