MEP Project Manager – Large‑Scale Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ELV and HVAC works on large‑scale construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires strong main‑contracting experience and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP activities from planning through execution to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee design review, technical submissions, material approvals and site installation works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and achieve MEP milestones on schedule.
• Control costs, plan resources, manage procurement schedules and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in main contracting and delivery of large‑scale MEP projects.
• Western nationality as specified by the client.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ELV and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced construction environment.
