MEP Project Manager – UAE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on high‑rise projects across the UAE. The role involves overseeing all phases of MEP execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control the overall MEP project execution, including cost, schedule and quality.
• Manage interfaces with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15‑20+ years of experience in MEP project management, preferably on high‑rise buildings.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC market and familiarity with local authority requirements.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in plumbing design and installation.
• Expertise in firefighting systems.
• Solid background in electrical systems.
