Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst 2 – Dubai

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking an experienced M&A Strategy & Transactions professional to join its high‑performing team in Dubai. You will work closely with senior managers and partners to assess strategic fit, model financial outcomes, and drive deal execution for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of transactions across the client portfolio, including fund‑raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare client reports, key documentation and financial models to evaluate strategic fit and projected synergies.
• Manage transaction timetables, ensure quality of deliverables and coordinate with counterparties and advisers.
• Identify and mitigate key issues and risks, providing factual insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of corporate finance experience in an investment bank, professional services firm or boutique, with exposure to both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities, sound judgement and a creative approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and people‑management skills in a fast‑changing environment.
• Motivated, results‑driven and passionate about delivering high‑impact outcomes.
