Methods Manager Civil Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Methods Manager with strong expertise in civil infrastructure projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on developing and overseeing construction methodologies, method statements and ensuring efficient project execution across major infrastructure works.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
• 15‑18+ years of experience in infrastructure, EPC or civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, earthworks and structures.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Middle‑East or international project experience is preferred.

• Construction methods and sequencing.
• Temporary works and method statements.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings, specifications and contractual documents.
• Project planning, analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Risk management, HSE, QA/QC and construction standards compliance.
