MFL Teacher – Spanish (Primary)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher to deliver primary‑level Spanish lessons at GEMS Metropole School in Dubai. The role offers the chance to join a vibrant international community and benefit from GEMS’ extensive professional development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish language curriculum for primary students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross‑curricular activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student achievement.
• Utilise technology to enhance learning experiences.

Required profile

• B.Ed. or subject‑related degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Spanish at primary level.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to classroom instruction.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with students, parents and staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using educational IT tools.
