Mid-Level Purchaser

About the role

Sabin Plastic Industries LLC is seeking a proactive Mid‑Level Purchaser to join its procurement team at Dubai Investment Park. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, and coordinating material requirements with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers for materials and services.
• Obtain and analyze RFQs and supplier quotations.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets for procurement decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Raise and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate material requirements with technical, production, estimation, and project teams.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing files.
• Support cost‑effective purchasing while ensuring product quality and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience in signage, fabrication, acrylic, aluminium, steel, construction, or contracting industries preferred.
• Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of procurement documentation and purchasing processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
