Minibar Attendant - In-Room Dining

About the role

The Minibar Attendant supports the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm Resort by ensuring guest room minibars are fully stocked, clean, and accurately recorded. This onsite position contributes directly to a seamless in‑room dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and maintain minibars in guest rooms according to resort standards.
• Replenish food and beverage items promptly and accurately.
• Record minibar consumption and ensure correct charging.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality.
• Keep minibar equipment and storage areas clean and organized.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Respond quickly to guest requests related to minibar services.
• Report maintenance issues, breakages, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
• Participate in team briefings, meetings, and required training sessions.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health‑safety standards.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent personal hygiene.
• Willingness to support energy and water conservation initiatives.
