About the role
We are looking for a Minibar Attendant to join our team at a Marriott hotel in Dubai. You will ensure that guest rooms are stocked with minibar items and maintain a high standard of presentation and service.
Key responsibilities
- Restock and replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Check inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas.
- Assist guests with minibar inquiries and provide prompt service.
- Handle cash transactions and record sales accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk and lift items up to 25 kg unaided (up to 50 kg with assistance).
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
