Minibar Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Minibar Attendant delivers discreet, accurate minibar service to guest rooms at Fairmont Dubai, upholding the brand’s luxury standards and contributing to guest satisfaction. This full‑time position works closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish guest room minibars according to daily schedules, checking expiry dates and product presentation.
• Record minibar consumption accurately and submit charges promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of minibar equipment, storage, and pantry areas.
• Collect and organize stock from the storeroom using FIFO procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and stock discrepancies to the Minibar In‑Charge.
• Respect guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures when entering rooms.
• Adhere to HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in minibar service or a similar hospitality role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest privacy.
