MNC Sales Director – Multinational Business Lead

About the role

The MNC Sales Director will be based in Dubai and act as Allianz Trade's representative within the ADNIC partnership. You will drive growth of the multinational portfolio across the UAE, manage strategic banking relationships and ensure delivery of multinational programs throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local commercial strategies to expand the multinational portfolio and achieve profitability targets.
• Identify, prospect, originate and convert new business opportunities into profitable growth.
• Manage and grow a strategic banking portfolio, strengthening broker and client relationships.
• Serve as the primary local contact for ADNIC‑related multinational programs, ensuring high service standards, policy implementation and timely renewals.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk, operations, account management and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain portfolio quality.
• Support governance, compliance and regulatory requirements associated with the ADNIC partnership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC business environment, including multinational corporations, broker distribution channels and banking institutions.
• Proven experience in business development, sales leadership and managing complex multinational programs.
• Ability to balance growth objectives with risk and profitability considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills within a matrix, international environment.
