Mortgage Sales Team Leader

About the role

Huspy is seeking a results‑driven Mortgage Sales Team Leader to manage and develop a team of 15+ Mortgage Consultants. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets while ensuring high standards of governance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage performance of a mortgage sales team, including onboarding and ramp‑up.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursals.
• Provide hands‑on enablement across CRM tools, mortgage processes, and industry best practices.
• Manage customer experience, handling escalations and complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and banking regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to hiring, scaling, and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a mortgage or financial services leadership role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, etc.).
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership.
• Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices (preferred).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
