Movement Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

The Movement Coordinator supports the Protocol and Hospitality Department by organizing vehicle movements and ensuring drivers operate safely and efficiently. This position is open to UAE nationals and involves close collaboration with supervisors and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive transportation instructions from the direct supervisor and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Allocate driver tasks, plan routes for field missions, and communicate any updates.
• Schedule daily and weekly traffic routes, prepare reports, and identify obstacles.
• Monitor driver compliance with traffic laws, etiquette, and departmental protocols.
• Perform administrative and organizational duties as directed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Male UAE national.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to use Google Maps and other navigation systems.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
