About the role

The Multi Property Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure supports the Sales & Marketing team at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, delivering revenue‑driving sales techniques while ensuring guest loyalty and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Contact relevant departments (Sales, Accounting, Data Administration) to resolve guest inquiries.
• Apply sales techniques, up‑selling and complimentary gifting to maximise revenue and loyalty.
• Process Marriott Rewards redemptions, reservations, changes and cancellations via phone, fax or mail.
• Enter guest and rewards information into the Marriott reservation system.
• Handle all guest calls, requests and concerns with professional etiquette.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing and faxing to support Sales & Marketing.
• Assist management in training, motivating and monitoring staff performance.
• Uphold company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs and ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Move objects up to 10 lb without assistance and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years (24 months) relevant work experience in sales, hospitality or customer service.
