Multi-Property Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure

About the role

The Multi-Property Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure supports the sales and marketing team across several Aloft hotels in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue, handling guest reservations, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest calls, requests and problems, coordinating with sales, accounting and data administration as needed.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise revenue while preserving guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary rewards.
• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax or mail, and enter Marriott Rewards information into the reservation system.
• Handle redemption of Marriott Rewards points and issue appropriate complimentary gifts such as tickets or vouchers.
• Perform general office duties for the Sales & Marketing department, including filing, emailing, typing and faxing.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, and act as a role model for service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and ensure a professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in sales, hospitality or guest services.
• No supervisory experience required.
