Multi Property Sales Manager – Leisure Travel

About the role

The Multi Property Sales Manager – Leisure Travel will be responsible for driving leisure and wholesale revenue across St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and Al Wathba Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa. The role combines strategic account management, market development and close collaboration with on‑property and corporate sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leisure segment strategies, action plans and sales targets for both properties.
• Proactively manage a defined portfolio of leisure/wholesale accounts, working with the MP Sales Executive – Leisure Travel to maximise yield.
• Identify and acquire new prospect accounts through tradeshows, site inspections, familiarisation trips and digital outreach.
• Attend domestic and international leisure trade shows, conferences and industry events to promote the hotels and Marriott International.
• Monitor rate alignment across wholesale channels, ensure parity and support the revenue team.
• Prepare and present quarterly sales action plans, track monthly results and provide regular business reviews.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with additional EU language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager – Leisure Travel within luxury 5‑star hotel chains.
• Established network and deep knowledge of the leisure/wholesale market, preferably in the Middle East/UAE.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop and close high‑value leisure business.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, competitor activity and customer data.
