Multilingual Sales Trainer

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading private real‑estate developer in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic Multilingual Sales Trainer to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for its high‑energy sales force. You will play a key role in elevating sales performance, strengthening product knowledge, and building a consistent, world‑class sales culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑impact sales training programs for new hires and experienced sales professionals.
• Conduct classroom, workshop, role‑play, and on‑the‑job training sessions.
• Train teams on real‑estate products, projects, USPs, payment plans, market positioning and competitive landscape.
• Strengthen prospecting, lead conversion, consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
• Coach salespeople individually and provide actionable performance feedback.
• Create training content, presentations, role‑plays, assessments and sales simulations.
• Lead induction and onboarding programs for new sales consultants.
• Partner with Sales Managers to identify capability gaps and develop targeted interventions.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, conversion metrics and post‑training performance.
• Keep training material current with Dubai’s evolving real‑estate market and customer trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, L&D professional or high‑performing real‑estate sales professional.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE real‑estate market, products and competitive environment.
• Ability to engage multicultural sales teams and communicate effectively across different nationalities.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of real‑estate sales processes, consultative selling and negotiation techniques.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops and simulations.
• Ability to assess training impact using metrics and KPIs.
