Multilingual Telesales Specialist

About the role

TechNest Support Center is looking for dynamic Telesales Specialists to join its Financial Services team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering multilingual customer service, driving sales over the phone, and retaining forex clients across a range of languages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in the assigned language(s) to provide customer support and promote financial products.
• Conduct telesales activities, generating leads and closing sales remotely.
• Retain existing forex clients by addressing inquiries and offering suitable solutions.
• Work within a fixed‑shift schedule in the Dubai office.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent in at least one of the required languages (English, French, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Swiss French, Swiss German, Japanese).
• Previous experience in multilingual customer service, telesales or forex retention.
