Multimedia Designer

About the role

Bring ideas to life with arresting visuals across digital, social, video and print. Collaborate with creative, content and brand teams, push into new tools, and help shape how our brand looks, moves, and sounds across the markets we operate in.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging visual content for digital, social, print and video platforms.
• Create polished multimedia assets such as graphics, motion designs, animations, short‑form videos, EDMs, presentations and event collateral from concept to final production.
• Apply strong typography, composition and colour theory while defending design choices when needed.
• Work fluently across modern design and motion tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Integrate AI‑powered design and video tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo.AI, Runway, etc.) to accelerate workflow and boost originality.
• Maintain organized file management, version control and contribute to the central brand asset library using Notion, Frame.io or Dropbox.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on multimedia design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and attention‑to‑detail.

• CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Descript
• Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, Cinema 4D, Blender
• AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo.AI, Runway, Krea, etc.)
• Collaboration & project‑management tools (Notion, Frame.io, Dropbox)
