About the role

Ovington Contracting LLC, part of the Fakhruddin Group, is expanding its site and project team across the United Arab Emirates. The company is hiring for a wide range of construction‑related positions, from senior engineers to skilled tradespeople and drivers. All roles are full‑time, onsite and offer a competitive monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate logistics, material deliveries and workforce scheduling.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including day‑night shift records.
• Supervise and support foremen, chargehands and skilled trades on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant construction experience in the UAE.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced‑level competency and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Both genders are encouraged to apply.
