Nurse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead outpatient and surgical nursing services at our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Dubai. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to ensure safe, efficient, patient‑centered care across multiple clinical areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services in Outpatient Clinics, Operating Theatres, Day Surgery Unit and Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit.
• Lead, coach and develop nursing teams through workforce planning, performance management and staff engagement initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators, implement evidence‑based practices and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, education and competency development across the nursing workforce.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals and operational leaders to optimise patient flow, service efficiency and patient experience.
• Oversee resource utilisation, capacity management and achievement of departmental goals in a high‑volume setting.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, championing electronic medical records and workflow optimisation, including Cerner adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse licence in the UAE.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in high‑volume clinical operations, with a proven track record in nursing leadership.

• Cerner electronic medical record system.
• Clinical informatics and digital workflow optimisation.
