Observability Solutions Architect

About the role

Splunk, a Cisco company, is seeking an Observability Solutions Architect to join its pre‑sales team in Dubai. You will partner with account teams to deliver technical expertise on Splunk’s observability platform, supporting both commercial and public‑sector clients across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales account teams to align technical solutions with sales strategies.
• Deliver product briefings, live demos, proof‑of‑value engagements, and proposals for Splunk’s observability portfolio.
• Integrate Splunk solutions into customer environments and resolve technical issues.
• Engage directly with customers to understand IT challenges and map them to Splunk capabilities.
• Present solutions onsite, via webinars, and at industry events such as conferences and trade shows.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing ongoing technical guidance.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to visit prospects and customers in the region.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pre‑sales engineer, systems integrator, or equivalent role in Observability or AIOps.
• Familiarity with public tender processes (RFIs/RFPs).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of common application architectures (micro‑services, layered, event‑driven).
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
