Offline Marketing Manager

About the role

Huru, a CBUAE‑licensed neobank serving the UAE’s blue‑ and grey‑collar workforce, is seeking an Offline Marketing Manager to own and execute its on‑ground marketing strategy. The role focuses on building brand presence in labour camps, exchange houses, employer offices and industry forums to drive app adoption, remittance usage and lending uptake.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run labour‑camp activation programmes, including product demos, KYC support and first‑time user onboarding.
• Lead community engagement initiatives across worker residential areas, community centres and labour accommodation facilities.
• Design and deliver training sessions for employer HR and payroll teams on WPS onboarding, card issuance and Huru app usage.
• Own activation calendars across regions, coordinating field teams, logistics, POSM deployment and execution quality.
• Execute field campaigns to increase remittance transactions and support lending adoption through education‑focused programs.
• Track campaign performance, conversion metrics and regional KPIs, providing actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build relationships with employer associations, business councils, HR communities and industry forums.
• Partner with Creative to develop field marketing assets such as brochures, banners and training materials.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in offline, field or activation marketing, preferably within fintech, banking, payments or financial services in the UAE.
• Proven track record of executing large‑scale ground activation campaigns in labour camps, community outreach or employer engagement.
• Strong network across the UAE B2B ecosystem, including exchange houses, employer communities and professional associations.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple regional activation calendars.
