Off‑Plan Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Off‑Plan Team Lead to lead and manage a high‑performing team within the off‑plan property sector. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in off‑plan real estate sales combined with strong team leadership and people‑management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of off‑plan property consultants.
• Drive off‑plan sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and client management.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and key industry partners.
• Stay up to date with new off‑plan launches, payment plans, pricing, and market opportunities.
• Support the team with negotiations, client presentations, and closing deals.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting to management.
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UAE/Dubai off‑plan real estate sales.
• Previous experience managing and leading a team of real estate agents/consultants.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai off‑plan property market and major developers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
• Strong existing developer and/or client network (highly desirable).
• Proactive, target‑driven, and commercially minded approach.
