Sales Director – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

DECA Properties is seeking experienced Sales Directors to lead and grow its real estate projects in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales performance, building agency relationships, and achieving ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales performance for DECA Properties projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and brokers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize conversions.
• Conduct project presentations and support agency‑led sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demand.
• Ensure consistent follow‑up, reporting, and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of developer‑side real estate sales experience.
• Proven sales track record is mandatory.
• Strong and active network of agencies and brokers.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Experience in off‑plan sales is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
