Offshore Engineering Manager – Boiler Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Engineering Manager to lead the design, development and implementation of offshore boiler systems for oil & gas and marine platforms. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of offshore boiler system projects, from concept design through commissioning.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project scope, schedule and budget.
• Guarantee compliance with industry standards such as API, ASME and BS, as well as safety and environmental regulations specific to offshore operations.
• Manage client relationships, prepare technical proposals and secure design approvals.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction and commissioning teams to support seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–25 years of experience in offshore engineering, preferably with boiler systems in oil & gas or marine environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of API, ASME and BS standards and offshore safety regulations.
