Oncology Customer Experience Intern

About the role

The Oncology Customer Experience Intern will act as the dedicated engagement resource for oncology healthcare professionals across the UAE. The role focuses on delivering value beyond the medicine by coordinating stakeholders, facilitating timely patient access, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the oncology care pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned oncology centres.
• Build trusted relationships with oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, pathology departments, molecular laboratories and hospital administrators.
• Route customer inquiries to the appropriate internal functions and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Map patient journeys, identify operational barriers and propose solutions to accelerate diagnosis‑to‑treatment timelines.
• Collect and analyse field insights to support the Senior Product Manager and cross‑functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Diagnostics, Commercial Excellence, Patient Support).
• Provide coordinated, responsive support that goes beyond product discussions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., life sciences, business, health administration).
• Strong interest in oncology and healthcare innovation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
