Revenue Cycle Management Senior Coordinator – Payer Relations

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional to support the management and optimization of relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective payer participation, contract administration, credentialing, tariff management, and coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support payer onboarding and credentialing activities, maintain insurance network participation records, and coordinate documentation for applications, renewals, and re‑credentialing.
• Track contract approvals, renewals, and expirations; assist with submission and management of payer network applications.
• Maintain an accurate repository of contracts, tariffs, and historical pricing; support tariff revisions and coordinate with Revenue Cycle and Billing teams.
• Serve as point of contact for internal teams, liaise with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Legal, Clinical, and Operational departments, and coordinate meetings with insurers and TPAs.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and activity logs; prepare reports on contracting progress, network coverage, and KPIs; ensure all documents are auditable.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, provider network management, or healthcare contracting.
• Good understanding of UAE health‑insurance regulations, payer operations, and provider contracting processes.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment; Arabic‑speaking candidates preferred.
