Onsite Recovery Machinist

About the role

Everllence is seeking an experienced Onsite Recovery Machinist to join its Dubai team. The role involves setting up, adjusting and operating a range of machine tools to produce precision‑machined components for heavy‑equipment and energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, align and secure fixtures, cutting tools and accessories on lathes, milling machines, shapers and grinders.
• Operate machine tools to machine parts to exact specifications, monitoring feed and speed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, diagnosing malfunctions and performing adjustments or repairs.
• Measure, lay out and mark metal stock, and fit or assemble parts for repair or new builds.
• Operate supporting processes such as brazing, heat‑treating, welding and cutting equipment.
• Separate scrap for recycling and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Evaluate machining procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with heavy‑equipment or industrial machine tools.
• Strong technical understanding of machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Team‑oriented with good coordination and organizational skills.
